Sorry, I can’t help you. I’m just some guy who ported the Turpial-related packages from AUR3 to AUR4. I’m not involved with Turpial in any way, and in fact I don’t even use it anymore – I switched to Polly, since Turpial seemed to be abandoned completely (checking again now, there seem to have been a few commits in Nov and Dec, but still). I hope someone on the Turpial dev forum will be able to help out…

Hi and thanks for this awesome Twitter client, I am facing some problems with Turpial I have 3 columns My timeline and another two with search #Steam,#Cyprus for example Turpial sometimes it doesn't show all the columns. Sometimes it give errors that couldnt update a specific column. Some other times it freezes on loading some of the columns >< I am using the latest development build from AUR. If I use another client everything is working fine but I like Turpial.. (I have posted this also on turpial dev forum.)
