Has anyone gotten this working recently? I first get an issue from missing libffmpeg.so, and after manually copying that into /usr/lib/, I end up with [1207/172040.166520:ERROR:base/i18n/icu_util.cc:224] Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received..

This package doesn't seem to work on my desktop or laptop!

Please replace ucm in deps with ucm-bin.
