With python2-notify instead of python-notify it compiles.

It's been over 2 years since electron had reported incorrect dependency name.
Maybe it's time to let some one else correct this aur?
@Hilinus, why don't you drop the maintaining?

The python-notify dependency needs to be updated to python2-notify

You're missing a build-time dependency: bzr
