This should be renamed to ultraedit for clarity's sake.

@roheim: I reduced uex dependencies to the bare minimum as reported by namcap and verified the results using pactree. Maybe you can give the new version a try. Regards, Peter.

The mesa-libgl package conflicts with the nvidia-libgl package. uex works fine with nvidia-libgl.

Hello dserban. It seems function complete but at least earlier version were time-limited. Since I plan to use it in my company, that does not matter. I need a comfortable way of installing UltraEdit on several computers. I have used the Windows version of UltraEdit for several years and must say that it fulfills all my developer needs. Since I never used KomodoEdit, I cannot offer a comparison of the two products.

Hi, is this a time-limited or functionally-crippled version of UltraEdit for Linux? Also, I would be interested in how it compares to KomodoEdit for Python and Ruby development. Would anyone care to share their experiences?
