Also the permissions are a bit wrong. Normal users can't run it because only root has executable permissions for /usr/share/ugene/ugene (symlinked from /usr/bin/ugene). I changed that, then got permission denied for /usr/share/ugene/ugene. There are probably more permissions that need to be fixed.

I can't make this package. Looks like there is a missing file.

Now the version of the package is 38.1.

Dear all, ugene finally can build with current (5.12) Qt! I am disowning the binary package since I am migrating to ugene-git.
