Hi, you may want to consider explicitly unsetting QT_QPA_PLATFORM from environment in the build script, because if i.e. it is forced to wayland-egl, the build will fail.

git uses python 3
@Revelation60 I see yarn listed in makedepends https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=ulauncher-git
I'm not sure why it's not working for you
yarn is missing as a build dependency.

When you update Python, you need to rebuild all python AUR packages, including Ulauncher.
