I think it should read the version from the VERSION file, not from the meson.build file

This is currently a placeholder package reserved for umbriel-git. It does not install a functional build yet. A complete PKGBUILD will be added once the project is ready for public packaging. Please do not install or flag it out of date in the meantime.
