I think flex should also be a run time dependency. Without libfl.so, errors will occur.
$ unfsd -h
unfsd: error while loading shared libraries: libfl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Could you add flexx and/or bison as make dependencies? At least one of them seems to be needed to compile.
