Is this an upstream Unigine problem? If so, any clue how to report it?

I'm still at llvm-3.4-2. Is that the problem?

Updated to version 4
http://www.unigine.com/press-releases/130212-heaven-benchmark-4.0/
Please note that v4 isn't guaranteed to work smoothly on non-proprietary drivers

Adopted - removed duplicate deps from PKGBUILD

PKGBUILD
http://nopaste.linux-dev.org/?35610
unigine-heaven
http://nopaste.linux-dev.org/?35611

downloading is easy now since they have a guru3d mirror from which you can download (more or less) directly.
you have to agree to some terms of use or something but this isn't saved in a cookie or to a session…

akspecs commented on 2012-04-03 10:06

Does anybody have an up to date PKGBUILD of this?

akspecs commented on 2012-04-03 07:50

It would be nice to have an updated version of this.

Neschur commented on 2012-02-14 15:58

lib32 is not necessary.

yannsen, could you please host also, the other two unigine benchmark? As download links are broken.
I'll ask the other maintainers to update their pkgbuild urls.

I updated the source to my webserver.

x86_64 users please remember to get lib32-libxinerama from the multilib repository, it confused me a bit since it doesn't auto-resolve that dependency.

infested999 commented on 2010-12-09 17:58

So I have to have lib32-libxinerama but that is not in the AUR...

yes and nvidia-utils provides libgl so there is not a problem, isn't it?

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-31 22:48

The depends has libgl, but I already installed nvidia-utils.

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-26 19:59

@ wantilles

You're right, I'm wrong about the dependency libgl. Shame on me. :)

dax commented on 2010-03-26 15:12

In my opinion PKGBUILD is wrong, I think you should handle array like this
if [ "$CARCH" = "i686" ]; then
source[1]=foo; md5sums[1]=baz
fi
(I've written [1] because [0] is the .run, I hope I'm not wrong).

dax commented on 2010-03-26 15:06

Still this error
/usr/bin/strip:opt/unigine-heaven/bin/libUnigine_x64.so: File format not recognized

dcelasun commented on 2010-03-26 12:54

Similar error, like Behemoth's:

Also add openal to depends or optdepends (not sure if it is a requirement)

ALWrapper::init(): can't load "libopenal.so.1" library
libopenal.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

@ dax
Just a syntax error, fixed in 2.0-5

dax commented on 2010-03-25 13:58

Times ago I have fixed issue like the double arch, and this seems really a bad way for managing. I don't remember the package, I have orphanized it times ago.

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-25 13:23

Actually I think it is.

Why?

Because both nvidia and catalyst drivers provide it (have it included in provides).

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-25 12:54

Libgl is not a dependency on every system so I added a check in the install-script with a note that direct rendering is necessary to run this benchmark. And I fixed a syntax error in the PKGBUILD-file for i686 systems.

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-25 11:49

I think you should add 'libgl' as a dependency.

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-25 11:25

Did you use the last version 2.0-4? Please check your unigine-heaven file in /usr/bin/ if there is the right link to the x86 binary.

once again.... It was probably too late yesterday. ;-)

sati commented on 2010-03-25 02:30

md5sum is incorrect because the source() is wrong:

source=(http://unigine.com/download/files/Unigine_Heaven-2.0.run/$_pkgname-$pkgver.run \

should be
source=(http://unigine.com/download/files/$_pkgname-$pkgver.run \

Anonymous comment on 2010-03-25 00:59

fixed...
I hope the md5sum is the right one.
