Than maybe `libva` as compiled inside this package should be a separate package called just `libav`. I wonder how come no one has uploaded one yet.

libav-no-libs package does not contain the files needed for compilation of untrunc. it only contains av* binaries, man pages, documentation and presets.

I will give it a go when the AUR package will be updated.

@doronbehar i am open to PKGBUILD changes (assume you gave it a shot already)

Shouldn't this package use `libav-no-libs` (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libav-no-libs) from the AUR instead of the bundled libav release in this package?

Please add package `yasm` to make dependencies.

updated pkgbuild may fix the issue for you

Build currently fails to apply the framealloc.patch, and in general doesn't appear to build due to lack of suitible libav. I've had success building it with a local build of libav, though. https://gist.github.com/1268649174f8141bbee3f0bdee651d05

@EUA you seem not to be the only one having this problem: https://github.com/ponchio/untrunc/issues/30
