This is an upstream issue. There is an existing bug report for it: https://bugs.launchpad.net/upnp-router-control/+bug/1997543.

Unfortunately upstream dev seems to be rather slow to respond. All we can do is wait.

Failed to build on Manjaro...

configure: error: libgssdp-1.2 is required to compile upnp-router-control
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
