@chrrybmb Thanks for the report!

I built the package locally using the makepkg command and did not encounter this issue. I suspect this may be because the electronDist environment variable was missing during the build phase, causing electron-builder to operate within the current directory. Consequently, I have now explicitly specified this environment variable. Could you please test again to see if the issue still persists? Thanks.

I cannot get this to build after 2.15.0-3, it freezes on this part.

When this happens the build directory also starts increasing infinitely in size until you stop the build

copying Electron  source=/home/user/.cache/paru/clone/upscayl/src/upscayl-2.15.0 destination=/home/user/.cache/paru/clone/upscayl/src/upscayl-2.15.0/dist/linux-unpacked
