I verified the links to mirror downloads and they seem to be OK, sorry for my mistake in the previous comment (which was deleted?).

And regarding the license: can executable binaries be built from this source code? https://github.com/FrozenSand/ioq3-for-UrbanTerror-4

Hi, with regard to the security issues: On Gentoo I switched from the original upstream engine to a relativlely new backport of the UrT features to the bare ioq3 engine (latter one is still in active development).
