@benoliver999 I also just got this error. This happened, because your Python version changed from 3.6 to 3.7 Have a look at /usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages. There the urlscan package should be present, but not in /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages.

To fix this just rebuild the AUR package and install it with pacman. This will now build it with and for Python 3.7 and the error will be fixed.
