OK, download now works, but checksum verification fails:

ls -lh classico.tds.zip gives a file of 720k size. file classico.tds.zip says classico.tds.zip: Zip archive data, at least v1.0 to extract, compression method=store. And md5sum classico.tds.zip gives
3a65fa7b65f98bb6d6af57add91a290c classico.tds.zip

@dreieck, I'm not able to reproduce that error. The file is still accessible on my end. Here's a shortened curl session:

@vale I got error during upgrade: updmap [ERROR]: The following map file(s) couldn't be found: updmap [ERROR]: classico.mapMap (in /etc/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg) updmap [ERROR]: Did you run mktexlsr? You can disable non-existent map entries using the option --syncwithtrees. error: command failed to execute correctly

New update hooks into Arch's system for updating TeX font maps, which is the more correct way and won't break on updates.
