Build fails for me with incompatible node version: 

error @achrinza/node-ipc@10.1.10: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version "14 || 16 || 17 || 18 || 19 || 20 || 21". Got "23.1.0"

This package downloads stuff in build().

It should not do that.

Please move all the download stuff that cannot be done via the source array into prepare(), so that build() can run offline.
