Build error:

==> Starting build()...
/etc/profile.d/cuda.sh: line 2: append_path: command not found
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...
 -> error making: vapoursynth-plugin-bm3dcuda-git-exit status 4
 -> Failed to install the following packages. Manual intervention is required:
vapoursynth-plugin-bm3dcuda-git - exit status 4

This is because /etc/profile.d/cuda.sh contains append_path bash function call, that defined in /etc/profile. To fix this you can include /etc/profile instead of /etc/profile.d/cuda.sh .

what is the owner (the package installed on you system) of that files?

Won't install because I already have the more recent drivers on my system:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
opencl-nvidia: /etc/OpenCL/vendors/nvidia.icd exists in filesystem
opencl-nvidia: /usr/lib/libnvidia-opencl.so.1 exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
 -> error installing repo packages

Uninstalling the drivers fixes this of course, but be aware of that when trying to use this.
