Looks like 4.26 heavy was updated 2 days ago. There's no comment from the maintainer of the repo as to what changed, but that explains the change in sha sum. It's been fixed now.

the sha256 of rife_v4.26_heavy.7z should be 1e472e3f0309902440c2c9a6cb006ff44307248ace58c30a0ce87834c3670776
