I’m not sure about that. In my opinion, a tool is something like vsedit or yuuno, something that helps you use vapoursynth. vsutil is still just a collection of functions much like mvsfunc, havsfunc, etc, just not as specific. These are all called plugins in the AUR, so I think it’s more consistent this way.

provides/conflicts in a git package should be replace a "release" version of the same package (without -git suffix in this case)
also python is pulled directly from vapoursynth, not need add in the depends array
