please update the _site_packages script to

_site_packages="$(python -c 'import sysconfig; print(sysconfig.get_paths()["purelib"])')"

oder method is now deprecated with python 3.10

This needs to be ran as root for now.

$ sudo vsgenstubs

Writes stubs into /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/vapoursynth-stubs/__init__.pyi.
