Per https://gitlab.com/veilid/veilid/-/issues/323#note_1651756405, capnproto shouldn't be needed anymore.

new build failure, someone updated capnproto in the build before arch got major version 1

error: failed to run custom build command for `veilid-core v0.2.3 (/tmp/makepkg/veilid-git/src/veilid/veilid-core)`

Caused by:

veilid-server.service errors out:

veilid-server.service: Failed to determine user credentials: No such process

the service expects a user and group that are not created by the package.
