HPE employees looking to connect to the corporate VPN on Arch or Arch-derivatives: This is working, check the slack channel rg-linux-pulse-vpn.

You may need to manually start via-vpn-srv as root.

Thanks a lot for this AUR package !!

@zashi, is it possible to remove the GUI auto start? In particular, the following desktop file:

/etc/xdg/autostart/via-auto.desktop

Should be moved (without the "auto" as part of the name), to:

/usr/share/applications

That way you can call the GUI on demand, if needed from a desktop menu with its icon, and if the user really wants to auto start it, then he/she can just link that into ~/.config/autostart, like with any other desktop app... I guess that's how most apps work any ways... An that way, if one is only interested in the CLI, then one is not forced to see the GUI getting in the way at all, not even the error pop up from the GUI...

Thanks !

Same MOCANA error for me:

[VIA ERROR CRYPTO_LIB_init():crypto_lib.c:312] MOCANA power-up test failed (-16523)

But found the solution (thanks, CJ Corsi!): use the "un-stripped" version of the file 'libancrypto.so' library file that you can find in the original RPM package.

I get the same error. If I figure out a fix I'll update the package or add a comment.

Fails to start with the following in .via/last_error.log:

Aug 09 22:35:54.679 MOCANA power-up test failed (-16523)
Aug 09 22:35:54.680 Failed to initialize VIA cipher (VIA_ERROR_FAILED)
Aug 09 22:35:54.680 Failed to initialize VIA cipher (VIA_ERROR_FAILED)
Aug 09 22:36:02.345 Crypto library not initialized

This has occurred with another instance of 4.x.x I had tried, 3.x.x works fine. It's may well be this is something to do with my system specifically, but I haven't been able to track down what would cause this so far.
