With the recent update my webcam stopped working, but @u-ra's tip for replacing libjpeg with the system one solved this issue too!

Viber under KDE and Wayland displays the notification messages separately from KDE's own notification, but what's worse they come at the very center of the screen.

For some reason Viber is not having the correct icon in KDE. It uses "W" one, both in the menu to the left and in the taskbar. Systray icon is correct though.

When used in XFCE all is ok.

If videos don't play for you, and you see this in the log: (viber:458327): GStreamer-WARNING **: 20:08:16.164: Failed to load plugin '/usr/lib/gstreamer-1.0/libgstlibav.so': /usr/lib/libtiff.so.6: undefined symbol: jpeg12_write_raw_data, version LIBJPEG_8.0

replace viber's copy of libjpeg with the system one

I can confirm that installing xcb-util-cursor resolves the recent error ( qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found. ).

Since Viber 21, I get: Failed to initialize graphics backend for Vulkan.

Needs xcb-util-cursor for v21 due to libqxcb.so dependency on libxcb-cursor.so.0.
