You'll need to change the source to: http://the21stcenturymonads.net/misc/vim-live-latex-preview-0.9.tar.gz (My UMass account, which you're currently linked to, is scheduled for deletion.) Since I've abandoned this project (--I don't even use vim anymore--), you might instead consider switching to the fork on GitHub for this package: https://github.com/ying17zi/vim-live-latex-preview
