I noticed that the CE was added to all file names. Is this the community edition? Isn't there the https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/visual-paradigm-community aur package for this version?

the file /usr/share/applications/visual-paradigm.desktop may be created with mode 640 which makes it impossible to be read by other users than root.

The installation fails because the archive retruns a 404. The latest version is the 14.3 20250943

Kindly pull https://github.com/Emiliasky/visual-paradigm-17.1-aur updated PKGBUILD to bump to version 17.1

Hello everyone. This package is currently out of date, but when it gets updated, the version will probably get upgraded to 17.0. Also, currently it doesn't build properly since the download URL has changed. In light of this, I have decided to repackage this in version 16.3 with the new download URL. Mostly I'm doing this for myself, but also since we use this at Uni and we need version 16.3 specifically, so I'll keep maintaining version 16.3 of this package for the time being. The package name is visual-paradigm-163
