@FabioLolix Thanks for pointing that out. Microsoft's VS Code license is a bit confusing. I saw MIT many times in
code tunnel
's agreement pop up and got bamboozled... Anyway do you know if there is a better way to ship the license without extracting from a full installation archive file?P.S.: This time it's a different license page: https://code.visualstudio.com/license/server

Hello, the license is not MIT but "custom: Microsoft EULA" which you can see here for example https://code.visualstudio.com/License/
