Is the latest update working as expected for anyone?

I recently updated SteamVR to version 1.24 and when using the ./vr-video-player --follow-focused command it crashes.

I added a --reduce-flicker option to reduce text flickering to make smaller text (but not too small) more readable when the headset is not moving around. This is caused by vr headsets display pixels moire effect (tested only with valve index).

I added a --follow-focused option now: vr-video-player --follow-focused which will make vr-video-player follow window focus instead of having to select a window (which might be hard to do for fullscreen applications). All controls and examples are documented here: https://git.dec05eba.com/vr-video-player/about/

Looks like the sha512sums is currently incorrect.

is ('1ff4fe3c1108377f91162bc997897467e727b6a37b45fd5efea0f944fc9a11e1fed99bbea70868cac13d3dc2f827af2f1e08a2e308311e5441de3980e2771b2f')

but should be

('95ce6259e444ca6bb6fb2b5489402abedc72eac209eedc143e8f39f1266fb7d28c4d7e3cd292bffbffa21f710ed048e277079f5e66302fc5bf92a4a5729c5462')

Oh, actually I forgot that I can't download many VR videos from YouTube anymore since some change happened.

https://github.com/ytdl-org/youtube-dl/issues/22690

Someone will have to figure out how to download the new VR 180 format first.

Thanks, the server is back up now. Looks like I accidentally disconnected it. Youtube has different VR formats, but 360 degrees vr videos work somewhat if you run the vr-video-player with the --sphere360 option. If it doesn't work then can you send me a link to a youtube vr video that you want to play and I might be able to support playing such videos.
