How to solve PGP keys import error: "gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data"?

More details below:

...
==> Validating source files with b2sums...
    vsd ... Passed
:: (1/1) Parsing SRCINFO: vsd
gpg: error reading key: No public key

 :: PGP keys need importing:
 -> F3F06E548985227BA295D65CE01A8B4D6029DDA6, required by: vsd
:: Import? [Y/n] Y
:: Importing keys with gpg...
gpg: keyserver receive failed: No data
 -> problem importing keys

Edit:

I manually submitted the clitic GPG public key at https://github.com/clitic.gpg to https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/, and now it seems the import works without issues, installation proceeds and finishes.

Edit2: P.S.: I also had to run sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys before trying to install vsd again, since the key import was not working at first, probably due to some local cache of dirmngr it seems (not sure).
