That's a interesting one, thanks for reporting. Tests fail when user is not in the CET timezone. It's an upstream issue.
I have forced CET timezone for tests, at least for now.

Your error looks like you don't have the package
dep
installed. What is the way you're installing this package?Edit:
qt-virustotal-uploader

By the way, installing this package "vt-cli" shows me an error, line 19 "dep" Order not found
