@dreieck, works for me.

@moham_96, nah, you'll have to use it on your own.

Hi Det, can you apply this patch on the moded jar?

Det commented on 2017-03-04 21:27

thx fixed.

line 94 needs some changes as i'm getting package errors:
msg2 "Installing Extreme Mod..."
bsdtar -xf "$srcdir"/$(basename ${source[1]})
mv "$srcdir"/VPEM_*/* "$pkgdir"/opt/vuze-extreme-mod/

Changing the last line to
mv "$srcdir"/vuze/VPEM_*/* "$pkgdir"/opt/vuze-extreme-mod/

made the package build fine.

Should be done by:

msg2 "Installing Extreme Mod..."
bsdtar -xf "$srcdir"/$(basename ${source[1]}) -C "$pkgdir"/opt/vuze-extreme-mod/ I dunno what's wrong.

E: Should work now. They changed the .zip structure, so it was just extracting the new root folder in place.

I figured it out. The PKGBUILD doesn't install the modified jar file for some reason. I had to replace it manually.

yousername commented on 2016-12-02 16:55

Yeah, that's what I thought. The option doesn't show up for me.

Det commented on 2016-12-02 16:33

I think it was the first menu item in the options. A lot of goodies.

yousername commented on 2016-12-02 08:58

Maybe I'm just dumb (probably am), but I don't see where the mod is located? It looks like a normal Vuze installation to me.

Sourceforge download link is broken

momo4102 commented on 2015-05-11 11:37

Anyone can send me Vuze Extreme Mod 5.6? Because the website is down.

Det commented on 2015-02-10 10:30

The replaces is not meant for AUR packages, but is there a plugin that would require a specific version of Vuze?

I don't define versions in either of mine:

dreieck commented on 2015-02-10 10:26

Please add

and maybe

to the PKGBUILD.

Det commented on 2014-10-22 15:13

Updated to, and now offering two sets of icons that can be enabled from top of the PKGBUILD ("gray" and "blue").

The PKGBUILD is messed up with wrong URL and wrong MD5sum

MD5Sum (second on the list)=47f6b7fb002d688eb65d3c6d31a45171

if you change the vuze-extreme-mod.desktop file to this

[Desktop Entry]
Comment=Multimedia Bittorrent Client
Exec=vuze-extreme-mod %U
GenericName=Multimedia Bittorrent Client
Name=Vuze Extreme Mod

it handles magnet links. Thanks for maintaining the package :D
