You are right, it fails with a ld linking errors because of old C functions. I recommend using w_scan2 as well and keep this here for historical purposes.

I can't compile, it fails. I solved with the w_scan2 package.

This looks broken, at least for me. The source URL returns a (403) Forbidden.

It seems that w_scan2 (https://github.com/stefantalpalaru/w_scan2) works better in Poland (detects all channels).

@Niklas. Matter of opinion I guess. a) not everyone is even using makepkg directly b) the option applies to all potential dependencies as well, which might be wrong c) setting it once in the PKGBUILD benefits the many vs. the single one if I use --ignorearch My PKGBUILDs get any arch which seem useful to someone. No harm in asking.

@rtfm3514 use makepkg --ignorearch/-A when building on Arch Linux ARM. Much easier than asking every single maintainer

Could you add "armv7h" to the supported architectures, please? The package builds and works fine on my Raspberry Pi 2/3.
