pyhgtmap is now a dependency as there's a patch to use pyhgtmap in $PATH.
It requires v4 now.

Still needs testing.

Note: On up to date Arch, phyghtmap does not work.

There's a working fork here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pyhgtmap
However it currently requires that a symlink is created to the old phyghtmap name for wahoomc.
