Updated PKGBUILD which works with the latest git master: http://pastebin.com/rmgTySQJ Note, on my machine the program segfaults after it's done even though it ran successfully, this causes the tests to fail while making the pkg and you'll need to remove the test lines if it happens.

I'll also add the header to the non CUDA version.

Oh, didn't know that :) I'm adding them back in right now, then :) Expect a new release in a few minutes.

Hello, Headers are usually provided in ArchLinux packages, so there is no reason to "not wanting it in this one". Moreover, it is needed for building this package : https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vapoursynth-plugin-waifu2x-w2xc-git/

I updated the package with the patch by fbrennan and added the manpage. I also remove the include file, please leave a message if anyone is using it and want it back in. This is the first package I maintain, so leave a message with any issues and I'll do my best to fix it.

Does not work, I have the following error: CUDA: GeForce GTX 770 Error : couldn't open models_rgb/noise1_model.json model load failed: models_rgb/noise1_model.json Seems like the patch from fbrennan is required. Also, for the future maintainer, a manpage would be nice, for consistency.

YamashitaRen commented on 2015-09-26 15:28 (UTC)

Hello, on cuda it doesn't require the models(_rgb) dir by default. Don't ask me why, I don't know. I removed the man because... well I never use them and it wasn't provided upstream... So I'm not really interested to add this patch... By the way, the package has been orphaned so you're welcome to do any modification you think worthwhile :D

I notice you're not copying my patch or my manpage to this version. My patch uses /usr/share/waifu2x for the models directory. If you try to use waifu2x without models_rgb in the current directory will fail... Unless you found a way around it? Also the manpage : https://my.mixtape.moe/zkkyrh.png It's quite useful actually IMO ;)
