You need a program to display the wallpaper, esetroot is only one choice. it comes with eterm, AFAIR. I use habak. The program to use can be configured in the file wallchange.conf.

Maybe the package lacks some dependencies? $ LANG=C wallchange sh: Esetroot: command not found
