Derp. I wrote this PKGBUILD when I was still kinda new at writing them and it needs re-written to include a .install file to specify that you need to move /usr/share/wallpaperd/.wallpaperd.cfg (where the new location will be) to your home directory.

The way this package places a default configuration for wallpaperd is highly unsafe because it makes the user's home directory readable to all. Instead, try installing the default config in /etc, and copy it to a user's home directory after it's installed.
