Thank you for pointing that out, I was preparing keyboard control so I added the dependency in advance but doesn't use it yet. Removed it and updated the package.

There seems to be a missing (make)dep:

Run-time dependency xkbcommon found: NO (tried pkgconfig)

wcp-0.5/meson.build:34:0: ERROR: Dependency "xkbcommon" not found, tried pkgconfig

Edit: The packge in question would be libxkbcommon. Odd is the binary doesn't seem to be linked against it:
