I revived webalizer-xtended: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=21829 This is based completely on this package, I only added the xtended patch. The major feature I needed was apache mod_logio support -> Volume In + Volume Out. Statistics for 404 errors is another feature somebody might be interested in.

I'm not using Arch Linux atm, but I'm pretty sure your PKGBUILD is broken. You can't have comments in the configure line.
