There is an upstream mistake of including tests in the package. The python-csv-diff maintainer created a PR: https://github.com/mborsetti/webchanges/pull/54

This package conflicts with python-csv-diff:

webchanges: /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/tests/__init__.py exists in filesystem (owned by python-csv-diff)
webchanges: /usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/tests/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-310.opt-1.pyc exists in filesystem (owned by python-csv-diff)
