MAKEFLAGS="-j1" in /etc/makepkg.conf might help. Or also disabling LTO.

Did anyone succeed to build this?

I have 32GB RAM + 4GB Swap partition and when I run pikaur -S webkit2gtk the whole RAM gets eaten up, open applications including gdm itself get killed while attempting to build this.

It seems the lld process allocates dozens of GB on the way to link this.
