This should be called wesnoth-1.2-git, please point to commit hash instead of head of a branch. Same goes for your other wesnoth-X.X packages.
I would also consider using .zip file of a commit to download instead of entire repo, it is almost 5GB , while zip snapshot of 6176180ef746585257fcab000ac80dce02b166eb is only 82MB.
Build also fails, same for 1.4 package, I didn't check others:
