All three reported issues should be fixed now, let me know if there's any more issues with the packaging.

Trying to run this produces this error

/usr/bin/whatpulse: /usr/lib/whatpulse/lib/libsystemd.so.0: version `LIBSYSTEMD_251' not found (required by /usr/lib/libmount.so.1)

It used to work fine, at some point it stopped though. I can still use the regular AppImage through GearLever though.

There is no dependency on openssl-1.1 either. The openssl version used is 3 which is in the repos

It seems the pkgbuild is trying to install plugins directly in the system files rather than the pkgdir. install: cannot create directory '/usr/lib/whatpulse/plugins': Permission denied

Thank you, I hadn't seen that. I've updated it to be versioned again (and also fixed the QT errors.)

They added versioned download support, check the release note download urls, though they probably remove old ones.
