Fixed python-qrcode dependency, however I am using their pythonhosted.org version of this package and it does not include the LICENSE file in the package. Is there a way for me to install the MIT License without them including it in this version of their code? This is my first package so I'm still figuring everything out.

This requires python-qrcode, see the requirements.txt and setup.py. The license is MIT and needs to be installed with the package.
