I just installed wikidpad and I only get the icon of the application in the middle of the screen when I launch it.
Here are the warnings I have when I execute it from the command line:

Nothing else happens...

There is only a black rectangle when I start wikidpad.

@anthraxx, I was not the creator of these PKGBUILDs, but those are valid points and the changes will be reflected in an upcoming iteration.

  • needs quotes because of possible spaces: $srcdir $pkgdir
  • makepkg should be able to deal with zip, is that unzip stuff with noextract really neccesary?
  • wikidpad script should instead of $* use "$@" otherwise not error prone for certain input
  • the cd at the end of prepare() is a NOP
  • custom license must be shipped in the package, is there any in the zip?

Using in-app minimize to tray on Plasma 5 makes all system hang. Had to switch to another VC and kill the app. Tried wxpython2.8 instead of 3.0 with no avail. Same on dev package.

Here's an updated PKGBUILD: http://ix.io/bwC I made some changes to it so that it now passes a namcap test. I've never written a PKGBUILD before, so there could be some mistakes in there somewhere, but it works okay for me.

Added support for command line options.
