Can't download from Europe/Chisinau - Moldova, is it possible to remove the ban from the list?

I also cant seem to access the link.
Accessing from Hungary.
Also cant update via yay. It just stops at 0 byte while downloading, so from that and that Indonesia was on ban list I assume same for Hungary.

WineGUI v3.0 is fully migrated from GTK3 to GTK4. I tried my best to migrate to GTK4 to the best of my abilities. Desptie the fact that GTK4 removed some crucial UI widgets like GTK Toolbar.
Keep in mind that depending on your theme GTK4 apps might look a little different.

This is downloading the tar.gz file, but it doesn't seems that you are actually unpacking the archive? Should you not use tar -xf?
