Debian patches don't work either. Maybe they worked on a specific older version of GTK3 (from 2015).

Now that commit got reversed download fails, is there anywhere to find 1.0 sources?

I still will mark that out of date because 2.1 seems to be available in most distros.

@micwoj92 Your 2.1 build does not work, it core dumps. I reverted it. wmcliplist does not work with GTK3. The only reason it worked with GTK2 after 2.4 is because I hand-patched it to do so (see gtk2.patch). This was part of an effort to remove dependency of a number of dockapps on GTK 1.2.8 which was removed from community some time ago and is only available on AUR as GTK 1.2.10. So 2.1 needs to be hand-patched again to work with GTK2 or a gtk 1.2.8 package must be added to AUR and this package made to depend on it.

I updated but I have no idea if it works, I don't use Window Maker.

It's a newer version, ported to Gtk3 some years ago. See https://repo.or.cz/dockapps.git/tree/HEAD:/wmcliphist.

It says version 2.1, is that the same software? If yes, then you should mark this package out of date.
