Updated to version 1.0.2

Added patch series from debian to address various issues.

Added gnu17 dialect for make to build under latest gcc.

As-is, the package fails to compile. I think it needs a patch to use libdockapp. The Debian 1.0.3 package has this patch that can be used until the project is updated upstream.
