@deviantfero, please update the source URL to use git+https:// instead of git://. GitHub is making a few security changes, and the non-https protocol is being phased out.

@Akari-chan sorry for the delay, I've updated the makedepends to reflect this. @quelotic, I'm not sure how *-git packages should work but I think the packagever is run when you install to see if you need to update, but it is not automatically reflected here, I need to update it manually, if anyone knows of another method please let me know

Akari-chan commented on 2021-05-25 12:32 (UTC)

@devientfero, since you are using git source, please add makedepends=('git'), otherwise it wont build in chroot.

FYI fails to build using yay on manjaro

how come the version listed here is r752 but I have the r770 installed? (I only use official repos and aursync for aur packages)

@Semietiev, I've only added it as an optional dependency, tho I will change it to just xsettingsd since it's available in the community repo

@devientfero, please change aur/xsettingsd-git dependency to community/xsettingsd.

@devientfero, I put together a .desktop file for wpgtk because it was bugging me.
