Here is an updated PKGBUILD that works. Though I really don't understand why running the makefile manually works, but not when it's executed via makepkg. http://pastebin.com/ZX8BUyjU

Compiles manually if you go into udis86 directory and ./configure --with-python=/usr/bin/python2
