Here's the steps: http://allanmcrae.com/2015/01/two-pgp-keyrings-for-package-management-in-arch-linux/

Don't add the keys unless you trust them "gpg --recv-key 13FCEF89DD9E3C4F" "gpg --lsign 13FCEF89DD9E3C4F"

You need to import the public key in order to verify the package, not all Aur helpers do this and makepkg does not do this.

binutils-2.33.1.tar.xz ... FAILED (unknown public key 13FCEF89DD9E3C4F) ==> ERROR: One or more PGP signatures could not be verified!

I have added 'validpgpkeys' to the PKGBUILD

Please add the 'validpgpkeys' array to the PKGBUILD as not to require people to set the trust level of the associated key to 'ultimate' in their own keyring.
