i found out the reason why when you enter the app again after closing it by the "X" button it don't open, it is because it is still open on the background, the app indicator icon is not showing like for example the snap version, sadly, then u have to kill the process to open it again.

EDIT: remove ~/.config/autostart/xdm-app.desktop.

If xdman-beta is incompatible with xdman and all files are renamed to avoid conflicts, then xdman should be removed from both provides/conflicts. Sorry for my mistake earlier.

After brief testing, I see no issues when using v8 extension with having a binary file named xdman-beta.

These plugins actually need the original xdman as there's a separate extension for xdman-beta, so I question the xdman provide again. edit: I'm trying now v8 extension.

I missed that you rename the binary to xdman-beta. Doesn't that break browser plugins that use xdman?
